1600℃ (3000℉) Alumina fiber needling blanket is processed by chemical "Sol-Gel" into spinning solution containing aluminum oxide silicon, then special processed into precursor fiber bulk, after carding, flattening, needling, high temp annealing. Alumina fiber blanket has uniform weight, uniform thickness, and excellent colloidal performance, is complete inorganic fiber blanket with no any addictive, high toughness and high tensile strength, the long term working temp is 1500℃ (2732℉). Alumina fiber blanket chemical stability is excellent, acid-alkaline erosion resistance is higher than alumina silicate blanket.
