Ceramic fiber special shaped product use high quality ceramic fiber bulk as the raw material and adopt vacuum forming process. The development of this product is purpose to manufacture a kind of special shape product with superior high-temperature performance of rigid and self-support strength. Ceramic fiber special shaped product is for meeting the requirements of some specific production in certain industrial sector and every product needs itself specific module with its shape and size. In order to meet using requirements, different binder and additive was added according to the requirements of product performance. All the special shape products have lower shrinkage within the service temperature and possessing good properties for high heat insulation, lightweight and shocking resistance. Non-burning materials is easy for cutting and machining, It is with excellent property in abrasion resistance and stripping resistance, as well, it is hard to wetting by most of the molten metal.

Shape and supply: we can supply the vacuum formed special shaped products with various sizes and shapes, including tubular, cone, dome and square box. The majority of the products can be manufactured as customers’ requirements and some products can be stocked for customers, such as casting cap and casing used in nonferrous industry, vacuum formed observation hole, etc.
 

Characteristic: Usually, every kind of special shaped products has similar physical and thermal characteristic as its corresponding grade vacuum formed board.

Special treatment: if necessary, vacuum formed hardener or refractory mortar can be painted on the special shaped products as protection layer.
