The localization of the alumina fiber needling blanket has become the truth

Recently, ‘the 300 tons/year alumina fiber products key technology and equipments innovation research’ was undertook by LUYANG ENERGY-SAVING MATERIALS SHARE CO.,LTD. And it has passed the acceptance inspection, which means China is the third country who can produce the alumina fiber needling blanket in the world.

The inspection specialist said that this project solved the technological problem of the alumina fiber needing and blowing, broke the European country’s technological monopoly, the localization of the aluminum fiber blanket also become the truth, meanwhile, the manufacturing technology of the inorganic fiber improved a lot.

We have learned that the classification temperature of the alumina fiber can reach to 1600℃, comparing with the traditional fiber, it has excellent tensile strength, low thermal conductivity, shot content and other good features, and it has unique insulation application advantage in metallurgy, petrifaction, ceramic, automobile etc, widely used in aerospace, war industry and other high temperature area. This core manufacturing technology was strictly blocked by European countries before, and we has to import from other counties and the application also strickly controlled by them.
